6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Please join Chef Jacques and the team on Tuesday, February 27 at 6:30pm for The Bounty of Sonoma Wine Dinner as we feature the wines of Stonestreet Estate, Hartford and Matanzas Creek.
Stonestreet is one of the most expansive and multi-faceted mountain vineyards in the world and produces a distinctive collection of single vineyard wines — Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery is proud to act as stewards of the land, caring for this 5,500 acre mountain estate that towers high above the Alexander Valley in the Mayacamas Mountain Range.
For more than 30 years, Merlot has been a signature wine for Matanzas Creek. A noble variety that is the most widely planted grape in its native Bordeaux, Merlot is profoundly impacted by mesoclimates and soils. The cooler sites in Sonoma County, such as Bennett Valley, yield elegant, well-structured wines, as well as dense, concentrated, structured, velvety and age-worthy. Bon appétit and cheers!
