One of the world’s most prominent wine regions, with over 8,000 wineries, Bordeaux is the most famous wine regions in the world.
Our sommelier will lead a guided tasting of three excellent wines from Pomerol and Saint-Émilion, discussing the different appellations in Bordeaux and the many factors – geology, grape varieties, and climate – that determine the styles of Bordeaux wines. Alex will also touch on the history and importance of Bordeaux, and how to find value when shopping for the wines. After the guided tasting, we will enjoy a lavish French Feast created by Chef Jacques and team, paired with two additional perfectly paired “Right Bank” Bordeaux Wines.
Our highly anticipated Right Bank Bordeaux Wine Tasting and Dinner Experience will be presented in our of our beautiful rooms which boasts a fireplace, large windows, 15-foot ceilings and a sweeping view of our organic vegetable gardens.
