- A Tour of Californian Terroir Six-Course Wine Dinner Experience Featuring Robert McFarlane of Potomac Selections
September 30, 2021
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
La Grande Tent Terrace – Very Limited Exclusive Seating
More and more California winemakers are producing excellent wines that express the uniqueness and personality of where they were grown, or “le terroir” (of the earth). Please join Chef Jacques and team on Thursday, September 30th at 6:00pm for a very special Tour of Californian Terroir Six-Course Wine Dinner Experience Featuring Robert McFarlane of Potomac Selections, our highly regarded colleague of more than 20 years.
Robert will present delectable wines by five top California producers, describing how each wine is produced to showcase its unique terroir through careful farming and restrained wine-making. The results are wines of individuality– complex, aromatic, and flavorful without being over-extracted or out of balance.
Chef Jacques and have crafted a menu to highlight the authenticity of the wines for an unforgettable gustatory experience. Our Tour of Californian Terroir Six-Course Wine Dinner Experience will be offered on our covered garden terrace 40ft x 55ft Grande Tente, complete with plenty of room for generous distancing, six cooling fans, café bistro lighting, and pastoral views of our six acres, two on-site gardens, koi pond, and blooming flowers.
Merci beaucoup and see you there!
Note: Very limited seating. Early sign-up encouraged.
