Please join Chef Jacques and our very own local garden club members as L’Auberge Chez Francois hosts our annual sold out delicious and fun interactive Champagne Tasting and Floral Centerpiece Arranging Experience from 11:00-1:00 in partnership with Abbey Fox, representing Laurent-Perrier Champagne. This is sure to be a very interactive event, as we sip award winning champagne and enjoy the hands-on experience of the art of floral arrangement by our expert Local Great Falls Team.

We begin our experience by enjoying a tour of Chef’s Gardens, where you will witness the beauty of the magnificent zinnias grown right in our gardens and garden vegetables. The large variety of zinnias will be the star centerpiece of your arrangements today.

Guests will sip on delectable Laurent-Perrier Champagnes, enjoy Chef Jacques’ seasonal canapés and Pastry Chef Pascal’s dessert samplings, while creating floral arrangements with flowers from Chef Jacques’ own gardens. Guests will receive expert advice and focused-flower arranging tips from floral designer and accredited Master Flower Show judge, Justine Harris.

Justine Harris has a passion for floral design and loves sharing the art of flower arranging. Joining Justine, our friend and garden club neighbor Candice Burt, who is a Master Gardener Emeritus and expert on zinnia cultivation will also bring her talents to today’s very special experience.

Chef Jacques, also proud member of a local garden club, will be participating and designing his own centerpiece for today’s experience. And, of course, sipping delicious Champagne presented by Abbey, along the way!

We will provide all materials, including fresh flowers, vases, scissors and the all-important Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Chef’s seasonal canapés and desserts. So grab a friend or come solo – this is guaranteed to be a great experience! Please sign up early, very limited seating.
