Please join Chef Jacques at one of Open Table’s Top 100 Restaurants in America and Top 100 Restaurants for Romance on Saturday, February 15th at 11:00am for the ever popular and always sold out Chef Jacques’ lively Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon experience, again, this year featuring *drum roll*….Truffles! (yes, Rose Bubbles, Fine Wines, Aussi!)
Truffles, “the Black Diamond of French Cuisine,” are considered to be one of the world’s most potent aphrodisiacs. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love!
Our truffle, seafood, and carnivorous menu features the decadent Gratin of local bay Scallops & Truffles, Classic Tournedos Rossini, with of course, rich truffle sauce adding to that intangible good feeling for you and your special someone – ooh la la!
It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without sumptuous chocolate, as we feature Chef’s award-winning Warm Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Chocolate Sauce, but of course!
