Celebrate the holidays in style with an “oh so” appropriate and annual Chef Jacques Champagne Celebration cooking demonstration and luncheon on Friday December 13th at 11:00am.

Chef Jacques will be entertaining our guests with a lively cooking demonstration highlighting Champagne, yes, but of course, and followed by a very festive Holiday feast featuring delectable Mousseline of Maine Lobster, Caviar, Classic Dover Sole and Truffle Sauce, Valrhona chocolate soufflé, and yes please, more bubbly, oui – bien sur!

According to our L’Auberge Chez François tradition, we offer these featured wines for purchase at a very  special price for you to enjoy at home with family and friends, or at your holiday parties.  Eat, drink and be merry this season at L’Auberge Chez François.  In our traditional spirit, all of our spectacular holiday decorations will be in place and be ready to complement this festive and bubbly feast!
