Chef Jacques presents a dish at one of his cooking demonstration!

Join Chef Jacques Haeringer at the award-winning L’Auberge Chez François each month as we offer a series of special events showcasing fine food, wine, craft beer, live music and our two on site-gardens (in season).

At our lively cooking demonstrations, Chef Jacques shares his passion for French and cuisine by teaching expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade, sharing the recipes for the home chef, while sipping on specially chosen wine. After the demonstration, guests sit down to a full five course luncheon in our garden room to enjoy the dishes showcased at the demonstration, along with specially paired wines and/or craft beers.

For our wine dinners, Chef Jacques collaborates with wine makers and sommeliers to feature the wines of a specific winery or wine-growing region. Guests enjoy a delectable five-course meal as they are guided through a tasting of the evening’s featured wines.

Our  wine festivals are an opportunity for guests to sample a number of wines from different areas of the world, at a walk-around tasting accompanied by our seasonal canapés, before enjoying our full lunch menu. Other events include our popular Musique et Cuisine series, musical brunches featuring live music, lively full moon parties, and more. All events, mais oui, but of course, feature delicious menus by Chef Jacques and our team with delectable libations.

The all-inclusive ticket price includes the special event with wine or beer pairings, beverages, tax, and gratuity. Patrons will have the opportunity to purchase the wines and craft beers at a discounted pricing. Merci beaucoup et Bon Appétit!
