11:00 am - 2:30 pm
Please join us on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00am for a lively afternoon cooking demonstration featuring favorites from Papa Haeringer’s beloved Alsace. To start, let’s sip on an Alsatian favorite, Crémant d’Alsace, as Chef Jacques shows you how to prepare Papa’s traditional recipes. The Alsatian feast entrée, and customers favorite, La Choucroute Royale Garnie à L’Alsacienne, has been on our menu for over sixty-four years, and includes sauerkraut, sausages, pork, house-made duck confit and foie gras. The dessert, Grandmama Haeringer’s own and brought to America by Papa Haeringer, is a light and fluffy baked meringue with vanilla sauce.
