Please join us Thursday, April 28th, as we discover Hidden Gems of the Côte d’Or in Burgundy. The more famous villages of the Côte, like Gevrey-Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet are already familiar to many.

Nowadays, thanks to better practices in the vineyard and the cellar, along with warmer seasons, villages are producing excellent and noteworthy wine at less eye-watering prices than the famous names. From Marsannay and Fixin in the north near Dijon, to Santenay and Maranges at the southern end of the Côtes, vignerons are producing wonderful vintages that shouldn’t be kept secret.

The evening begins with Chef’s seasonal hors d’oeuvres and a crisp glass of Albert Bichot, Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Réserve. Next, we will sit down to a guided tasting of three exceptional Côte d’Or Burgundy Wines led by our head sommelier, Alex Bardsley. Chef Jacques and team have curated a delectable seven-course repast this evening, paired with Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson and Régis Bouvier, Marsannay, “ooh la la!”

Join us for an evening of fabulous French wine and cuisine offered on our covered garden terrace 40ft x 55ft Grande Tente, complete with cooling fans, café bistro lighting, and pastoral views of our six acres, two on-site gardens, koi pond, and blooming flowers.
