We are thrilled to announce the relaunch of our wildly popular Music and Cuisine series on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 6:00 PM, featuring “A Grand Musical Showcase Soiree” with award-winning favorite, Prince Havely, presenting all your favorite hits from “back in the day” to present.
“A Grand Musical Showcase” will be offered in our garden terrace covered 40ft x 55ft tent. Complete with plenty of room for social distancing, six cooling fans, cafe bistro lighting and pastoral views of our 6 acres, two on-site gardens, koi pond, blooming flowers, our “Grande Tente” will be the perfect place for a relaxing and uplifting musical evening, with Chef’s delectable five course meal, featuring our July bounty from the gardens.
L’Auberge Chez François, Chef Jacques and Stephanie, our lead gardener, are very proud of our two on-site gardens. They are both happy to suggest nutritionally superior food to make for delightful cuisine for this special evening.
The evening begins sipping chilled Alsace Crémant , followed by a five-course dinner, paired with two fine wines, all while outside dining under the tent and stars, and enjoying the soothing , romantic and popular tunes of all genres with Prince Havely. Music is medicine for the soul!
